Our landlords fees have changed! We now have a new pricing structure for when you let your property with hatched.co.uk which comprises of three fee options. These are based on the location of your property and the services that you require:

If your house is less than 15 miles from hatched.co.uk's offices:

Your have 2 options

A. Tenant Finding

FREE launch fee followed by 25%* of the first months rent for each tenant found.

B. Fully Managed

FREE launch fee followed by 6%* of the each months rent.

If your house is more than 15 miles from hatched.co.uk's offices:

We can only provide the Tenant Finding service

C. Tenant Finding

£200* launch fee followed by the following fees for each tenant found

10%* of the first months rent for the first tenant we find you.
25%* of the first months rent for each further tenant we find you.
