Adam @ Hatched (our primary agent) has been professional, efficient, slick in his service, humorous and patient to boot. I think that the website is excellent and the pictures, 3D walkthrough and feedback facility are all excellent tools. Our road to completion was a long one, but with Hatched on our side, the whole process was made that much more pain-free and easier to manage.
